Characteristics

Mangoes are one of the representative tropical fruits of Okinawa Prefecture.
The representative varieties include Irwin and Keats. Irwin mangoes have bright red skin and vibrant orange flesh, characterized by their rich sweetness and moderate acidity. They are juicy, have little fiber, and offer a smooth texture.
Keats mangoes are characterized by their green rind. When fully ripe, it releases a sweet aroma, and the flesh becomes soft.
They have little fiber and boast a rich sweetness with a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
