まるっと沖縄輸出推進協議会とは

まるっと沖縄輸出推進協議会は、農産・水産物の輸出を通じて沖縄のあらゆる情報（食・文化・歴史・観光等）を世界に向けて発信することを目的とする団体です。
我々は、沖縄農林水産物や農産加工品・水産加工品の輸出拡大を目指しており、沖縄県内の農水産業関連事業者や沖縄県外の有識者、輸出専門家との連携体制を確立し、沖縄国際物流ハブ体制を活用した持続的な組織体制の構築に向けて活動しています。
The Okinawa Export Promotion in Whole Council is an organization that aims to export agricultural and seafood produced and manufactured in Okinawa together with all kinds of information about Okinawa (food, culture, history, tourism, etc.) to the world.
We will build a sustainable organization that will be able to utilize the Okinawa international logistics hub system by establishing a cooperative framework with business entity related to the agricultural and fishery industries, experts and export specialists inside and outside Okinawa.

沖縄県はアジアの中心に位置し、地理的優位性を持つ産地であります。
また、亜熱帯の気候を活かし、他府県の端境期における農産物生産や国内生産量トップの品目でもあるパインアップル・マンゴー等の生産を行うことができ、水産物においてもモズクや海ブドウなど国内トップの生産量を誇る水産物があります。
アジア諸国への輸出において有利な地理であるため首都圏への出荷だけに留まらず、積極的に海外輸出にも取り組むことで生産者の安定収益を目指していきたいと考えています。
しかしながら、県内の多くの出荷生産者や組合、事業者毎に規格・等級が異なっており、これにより販売時における混乱を招いてます。また、多くの出荷生産者や組合、事業者が輸出を目指すにあたり、輸出先国の求める農薬規制・衛生管理・適合規格や表示、輸出手続き等のノウハウ不足が不足しており、これまで輸出に対して事業者にとってハードルが高く、困難なものとの認識がされてきました。このような課題を県内の農業関連事業者と県外有識者、輸出専門家とのネットワークを構築し、輸出に向けた生産体制と沖縄国際物流ハブを有意義に活用、輸出拡大の加速に繋げたいと考えています。

Okinawa Prefecture is in the center of East Asia and has a subtropical climate. Boasting leading production of pineapples and mangoes in Japan, and mozuku seaweed and sea grapes .
Okinawa has favorable geographical location for exporting to East Asian countries. This enable us export to overseas markets stabilizing the profitability.
However, the standards and grades vary among our producers, cooperatives, and companies, causing confusion in the market. Further more, when they want to export, they lack the knowledge and know-how (pesticide regulations, sanitary control, conformity planning, labeling, export procedures, etc.) required by the importers making for them to export difficult.
In order to solve these problems, we will work with agricultural business entity in Okinawa, experts and export specialists outside Okinawa. We will build a production system for export and utilize the Okinawa International Logistics Hub that would enable us to expand our export market.
